• This applies to opened and used items.
• We might ask for a brief description of your experience.
• Refunds apply to the product cost unless noted in a promotion.

Items not eligible
• Returns made after the allowed time frames
• Items damaged through misuse or neglect
• Orders showing signs of policy abuse
• Final sale items marked as non-returnable

How to start a return
• Email support with your order number and the email used at checkout.
• Tell us if you want a standard return or the 60-day money-back guarantee.
• Attach a clear photo of the product and packaging if needed.
• Our team will send return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the issue was our mistake.
Once you have shipped your parcel, please share a photo of the postage receipt or the tracking number so our team can verify and monitor the return.Use a trackable shipping method. We cannot refund items that never reach us.

Refund processing
• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.
